Here in the foyer/mud room, I've harvested that wood to create a rustic wall veneer.

perfect solution for a heavily used space that you don't want to show wear!
Did you separate the pallet wood yourself? Wife & I were attempting to create reclaimed home decor, but the 'disassembly' was a rigorous process, then afterwards you still had to nail them without splitting, which wasn't easy...So what's the secret?
Just wrote you on Facebook, Doug. It was easy removing the planks with the Pallet Paw. For nailing, I just used the original holes in the boards, but I suppose you could just drill new ones if you need to. The wall was sheathed with OSB, so you could nail anywhere. Best wishes, Jeff
